My consultancy services provide HR professionals with more preparation time to deal with practical issues that arise from upcoming employment laws, e.g. I provided advice about amendments to the Written Statement of Employment on 19 December 2018.
My consultancy services emphasise streamlined HR documents, e.g. a clear and comprehensive HR document about a particular employment right will provide a single point of reference for the employee and the employer. My streamlined templates can be implemented or administered by HR with less cost, time and paperwork. The templates also contain informative notes for employers. And these notes are promptly updated to reflect the latest employment law developments, e.g. see the Agency Worker template.
I was employed as an Employment Law Advisor/Trainer/Author for reputable legal publishing companies such as the Sweet & Maxwell Group and Croner Publications Ltd. I was also employed as a HR/Employee Relations Advisor in a multi-unionised environment.
I was involved in the creation and development of Consult Gee Human Resources (CGHR) (orginally known as GEE Personnel Manager's Factfinder). CGHR was the UK's first online HR/employment law service with features such as Model Documents; Key Points; Questions and Answers; Main; and Indepth.
CGHR was the benchmark for other online HR/employment law services in the UK.
